About Me

Hi! I’m Khushi Bagaria, a Computer Science and Business Systems student at NMIMS, Mumbai. I spend my time building digital things that make people feel calm, focused, and understood. I’m deeply interested in how we use tech to simplify complexity, communicate meaningfully, and create joy in everyday interactions.

I combine a strong foundation in frontend development with a thoughtful approach to UI/UX design. I’m fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, and love bringing ideas to life with Figma and Canva. Whether it’s designing a clean dashboard, creating intuitive workflows, or shaping ideas into elegant solutions; I’m in my element.

Beyond the screen, I’m a passionate learner. I care about building good habits, beating procrastination, and constantly improving; not by rushing, but through quiet consistency. I believe progress is a garden: it needs attention, care, and curiosity to grow.

Web App

Designed and developed a full-stack web application budgeting web app to help users track expenses, visualize spending patterns, and optimize financial planning. Created dynamic dashboards using Chart.js and ensured 95% UI responsiveness across screen sizes.

ASL in Real Time: A YOLOv5-Based Recognition System

AI/ML

Engineered a real-time sign language translation tool using computer vision and deep learning, improving communication access for the hearing-impaired. Achieved over 90% gesture recognition accuracy on ASL datasets via YOLOv5 and OpenCV integration.

Mathematical Models in Population Ecology: Insights and Applications

Research

Co-authored a review article in Ecology, Environment and Conservation Journal (ISSN 0971–765X). Explored Logistic Growth, Lotka-Volterra Models, and the impact of climate change on species migration. Provided actionable insights into ecological modelling and population forecasting.
